About Legacybox

We help families preserve the things that only exist once.

From VHS tapes and film reels to printed photos, negatives, slides, DVDs, camcorder cassettes, memory cards, and phones, we digitize the media that matters most so families can revisit and share those moments for generations to come.

But we believe the future of Legacybox is much larger than digitization alone.

We’re building a long-term family memory platform while expanding the very definition of what can be preserved.

We are not in the digitization business. We are in the irreplaceable business.

The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing initiatives across Legacybox.

This is not an administrative marketing assistant role.

You’ll work across our marketing organization, supporting the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Growth, Head of Ecommerce, and other marketing team members on promotions, ecommerce, creative, reporting, product launches, partnerships, and day-to-day marketing execution.

The right person is highly organized but, more importantly, knows how to take ownership. We want to be able to hand you a task or a problem, have you figure out the details, coordinate with the right people, and get it across the finish line.

You’ll be close to the work and the numbers. You should be comfortable moving quickly, juggling multiple priorities, spotting when something looks off, and solving problems without needing every step mapped out for you.

If you’re early in your marketing career and want broad exposure to how a growing consumer ecommerce brand operates, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Execute Marketing Initiatives

  • Own and execute defined marketing projects from initial request through completion.
  • Help coordinate promotional plans, product launches, offers, and other marketing initiatives across Growth, Ecommerce, Creative, and Lifecycle.
  • Keep details, timing, assets, approvals, and dependencies organized so projects launch accurately and on time.
  • Step into problems, determine what needs to happen next, and coordinate with the right people to move the work forward.

Coordinate Promotions & Ecommerce

  • Assist with promotional planning and execution across Legacybox.com.
  • Make light promotional, merchandising, product, and content updates using Shopify and our site builder.
  • Help with product setup, offer configuration, launch timing, and site QA.
  • Check customer-facing experiences before and during launches to make sure promotions, products, links, messaging, and creative are working as intended.

Keep Creative Moving

  • Write and organize creative briefs for promotions, campaigns, site updates, and other marketing needs.
  • Coordinate with designers, marketers, and outside partners to make sure creative is delivered on time and meets the needs of the project.
  • Gather assets, feedback, approvals, and final files while keeping projects moving toward launch.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Legacybox brand and help ensure marketing execution is clear, accurate, and consistent.

Support Reporting & Performance

  • Help build, maintain, and distribute recurring marketing and ecommerce reporting.
  • Use Google Sheets, GA4, Shopify, and other marketing platforms to pull data and understand performance.
  • Pay attention to the numbers and flag when traffic, conversion, revenue, promotions, or other key metrics look unusual.
  • Help the marketing team turn reporting into clear next steps and follow-up actions.

Coordinate Partners & Vendors

  • Work directly with agencies, vendors, media partners, and other outside partners on campaign details and execution.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, product information, deliverables, and other details required to launch projects successfully.
  • Follow up proactively, solve issues, and make sure commitments do not get lost between teams.

Operate Across the Marketing Team

  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Growth, Head of Ecommerce, Creative, Lifecycle, and other members of the marketing organization.
  • Jump between projects and priorities as the needs of the business change.
  • Bring urgency, organization, curiosity, and a bias toward getting things done.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, a marketing agency, or a similar fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with an ecommerce brand or marketing company strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, GA4, and Shopify.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects without losing track of the small things.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and able to recognize when performance or execution looks off.
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and communicate effectively with creative teams.
  • Bias toward ownership, execution, and problem solving.
  • Positive, collaborative personality and an eagerness to tackle whatever needs to get done.
  • Comfortable moving quickly and figuring things out without waiting for perfect instructions.
  • Willingness to work on-site five days a week with our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Ideal Experience

  • We’d especially like to meet candidates who have worked inside an ecommerce brand, consumer company, or marketing agency where they have been exposed to multiple parts of the marketing organization.

  • Experience coordinating promotions, campaigns, product launches, or ecommerce projects is especially valuable.

  • We care less about having a long resume and more about finding someone who is smart, dependable, curious, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus
  • Experience with GA4 and ecommerce analytics
  • Experience creating or maintaining marketing reports in Google Sheets
  • Experience working with designers or writing creative briefs
  • Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, or outside marketing partners
  • Experience with promotional calendars, merchandising, or ecommerce site updates
  • Familiarity with paid media, email/SMS, conversion rate optimization, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience using AI tools to work faster and solve problems

What Success Looks Like

  • Marketing projects move from idea to launch with fewer dropped details and less follow-up required from senior leaders.
  • Promotions, products, creative, and ecommerce updates launch accurately and on time.
  • Reporting is organized, reliable, and helps the team quickly understand what is happening in the business.
  • You recognize issues early, ask the right questions, and help solve problems before they become larger problems.
  • Partners, vendors, and internal teams know they can rely on you to keep commitments and details moving.
  • Over time, you become someone the marketing team can hand increasingly important projects to and trust that they will get across the finish line.
